The Ministry of Culture (hereinafter referred to as “Ministry” or “MoC”) operates various digital platforms within the scope of its responsibilities. This particular website, through advanced technological infrastructures and applications based on open and proprietary software, may offer all visitors/users free services such as information, participation, and technological applications related to the Ministry, under the terms of use outlined below. Using, visiting, navigating, archiving, or cataloguing content on this website constitutes a practical and unreserved acceptance of the terms described below.

licensing procedures, fees, and details are defined therein.
The Greek State (Ministry of Culture) is the exclusive rights holder for any such images and is entitled to related revenues.
Law 4305/2014 provides specific exceptions to reuse for commercial/promotional purposes in order to protect cultural heritage from theft, looting, vandalism, illicit excavation, and trafficking, as outlined in Law 3028/2002 (as amended by Law 4858/2021).
- Disclaimers and Internet Limitations of Liability
The Ministry and/or individuals listed as rights holders make every effort to ensure that content and information on this site is accurate, clear, correct, complete, up-to-date, and available. However, the Ministry is not liable for any typographical or other errors that may occur during information republishing.
